Copyright infringement?
The Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter
Games emblem was supposedly designed
by Karacters Design Group of Vancouver?
I've been producing and selling this design of pendant
since 1999.
I have photos of pendants I produced in 1997.
Pendant photos are much closer looking to if not the same as the
2010 emblem.
They even copied the lore I use to promote and sell this pendant.
I guess if anything I should be flattered
that they thought my work was interesting and good enough to copy.
This
is their sleasy rip off copy, 2010 Winter Games
emblem.
